Forecast made its Capitol Hill debut on March 1, 1978 — one day before the stylish primetime soap, Dallas, hit the airwaves. With perfect grace (and timing), Victoria Principal and Linda Gray seemed to broadcast our philosophy — fashion is power.

As founder and owner of Forecast, Debbie’s been called a clothing therapist and a clothes confidante by many clients.
